My name is Kimberly Winarski. I am a proud Central Florida native and happy Texas-transplant. I grew up in Palm Bay, Florida and attended undergrad in dynamic Orlando.

After living in Florida my entire life, I up and moved to Texas for graduate school in 2018. I recently graduated The Bush School at Texas A&M University with a Master of Public Service and Administration (MPA) degree and am excited to begin my local government career through ICMA's Local Government Management Fellowship in Anna, Texas.
